With the introduction in South Africa of the Skills Development Act (1998) and the Skills Development Levies Act (1999), employer organisations are obliged to set aside a portion of their annual payroll for the internal training and development of their workforce.

Efficiency Staffing Solutions can assist our clients to claim 20% of your contribution to the SDL back by submitting your Annual Training Report (ATR) and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP). The WSP is not a set in stone training plan, and deviations can be declared to the SETA when we submit the next ATR.
